Return & Refund Policy
- At Evoluxe Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
- ReturnsYou have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
- • The product must be in the same condition as you received it
- • You must provide proof of purchase
- Items that cannot be returned:
- • Opened or used cosmetic products
- • Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- • Gift cards or promotional items
- How to Return an ItemTo initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@evoluxe.ie with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Please note:
- • You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- • Evoluxe Ltd is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
